Shipping Info:

All orders have a 1-3 day processing time. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your item(s) from when you receive your email confirming your item has just been shipped.

refund policy:

No refunds for services. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving any service for us to correct any issues (extreme shedding of extensions, emergency removal of extensions, removal of brow tint, etc.) All lash kits and cleansers can be returned for a refund with a few stipulations. You must contact us within a week of receiving your items. The lash cleansers MUST BE UNUSED. If they have been used you will  not receive a refund. Lash Kits will receive a refund minus $2 of their original amount for the lash brush included with it. For sanitary reasons the lash brushes are non refundable. Clients pay for shipping costs associated with returns.

  • What is your processing time?
    Processing time can take 1-3 days

    APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT TIME TO HAVE DEPOSIT TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENT MUST BE RESCHEDULED AND RECEIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RESCHEDULING. WE ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE UP TO 2 TIMES BEFORE ANOTHER DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER 48 HOUR WILL REQUIRE A NEW DEPOSIT TO BE MADE WHEN RESCHEDULING. IF YOU NO CALL NO SHOW OR CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE. FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY TEXT (734) 444-8271 AND DO NOT EMAIL. ONLY IN CASES WITH VALID EMERGENCIES WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT WITH LESS THAN 48 HOUR NOTICE BEING GIVEN.
  • Can people under 18 attend your lash class and receive services?
    Yes
  • Are deposits refundable?
    No
  • What if I’m not happy with my service?
    Contact us via email and we will reach out to discuss the matter and come up with a fair resolution together.
  • Can I get a refund for a service?
    No, refunds are for product purchases only
  • After I attend your class can I come to you with any questions or concerns if i am still having difficulties?
    Yes, our classes include lifetime mentoring. This means, if you have any questions/concerns, need some tips, etc you can reach out and at our earliest convenience we will respond and do all we can to assist you. We can deeply about your success
  • What is your response time?
    We ask for 24-48 hours to respond. During busy times it could possibly take a day or 2 longer.
